Job Title: QA Validation Specialist
Location: Rensselaer, NY (Onsite)

Job Summary:

The QA Validation Specialist will support facilities compliance and quality assurance activities by reviewing technical documentation, validating data, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards in a highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and review technical documentation for QA compliance
  • Analyze vendor data, verify calculations, and ensure report accuracy
  • Support cleanroom and certification-related validation activities
  • Collaborate with Facilities Compliance and QA teams
  • Address and defend technical adjustments during QA review
  • Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP and documentation standards

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in QA/validation or technical documentation
  • Experience in regulated environments (biotech, cleanroom, healthcare)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents
  • Strong communication and analytical skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with BMRAM or BDMS systems
  • Familiarity with cleanroom certifications and HEPA systems
  • Knowledge of GMP/GDP documentation practices
