QA focuses on preventing defects by improving processes, while QC involves inspecting and testing products to identify and correct defects. These roles are critical in industries like manufacturing, construction, pharmaceuticals, and software development to deliver reliable and safe products or services. QA QC professionals develop protocols, perform audits, and maintain documentation to uphold quality standards. Their work helps organizations meet regulatory compliance and customer expectations.

Familiarity with industry standards (like ISO 9001), statistical analysis tools, inspection equipment, and quality management systems is typically required. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills help address quality issues and collaborate across departments. These abilities ensure consistent product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement within an organization.

What are some common challenges faced by QA QC professionals in ensuring product quality?
