Location: Elkhart, IN
Shift: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM | Monday–Friday
Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, experience using measuring tools, and a commitment to producing quality products.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Quality Control Inspector, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Inspecting Products: Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products.
  • Using Measuring Equipment: Utilize calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to verify product specifications.
  • Reviewing Specifications: Read blueprints, work orders, and quality documentation to ensure products meet required standards.
  • Documenting Inspection Results: Record inspection findings and report any non-conforming materials or products.
  • Supporting Quality Standards: Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve quality concerns.
  • Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Keep inspection areas clean and organized while following all company safety procedures.
