  • Test rendering across devices, inbox providers, and email clients using QA tools
  • Confirm data mappings and variable population are functioning correctly
  • Review tracking parameters, UTMs, and measurement instrumentation for accuracy
  • Partner with Email Developers to identify and resolve logic errors, rendering inconsistencies, and edge-case failures
  • Validate compliance with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and deliverability best practices
  • Document QA findings and maintain standardized testing checklists and workflows
  • Support post-launch audits to ensure live campaigns and flows are functioning as expected
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams when troubleshooting trigger or data discrepancies
  • Continuously refine QA processes to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in email QA, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong understanding of email rendering behavior across inbox providers & devices
  • Experience testing dynamic content, segmentation rules, & trigger-based automation
  • Familiarity with ESP platforms & email testing tools
  • Strong attention to detail & process discipline
  • Ability to identify technical inconsistencies & communicate clearly with developers
  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Creative, & Lifecycle teams
  • Organized & methodical approach to documentation & issue tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns & flows in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive team member who takes ownership of quality & risk mitigation

Why Join Us
  • Own quality assurance for a growing lifecycle & transactional email ecosystem
  • Partner closely with Product & Engineering to safeguard critical customer communications
  • Play a key role in protecting performance, deliverability, & customer experience
  • Contribute to a structured lifecycle & product organization with defined growth paths
  • Help build scalable QA standards that support long-term automation & experimentation

The pay range for this role is:
75,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Glendale, CA)
