Job description

Job Role: Senior QA Automation Engineer (Playwright)

Job Location: Chicago, IL 60604 (Onsite – Local Candidates Only)

Job Type: Contract

Note: Need 13+ years of experience resumes

Experience Required:

  • 13+ years overall IT experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years in Automation Testing.
  • At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with Playwright.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and design.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Playwright for UI automation.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end testing, regression, and CI/CD integration.
  • Experience working in enterprise environments (Banking/Financial domain).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
  • Execute and manage end-to-end automated test suites.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify, track, and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation strategy.
