Coordinate source planning, forecasting, and financial close activities.

Ensure compliance with cost accounting policies and business procedures.

Standardize, harmonize, and improve financial processes across Supply Chain Finance.

Oversee the accuracy of deliverables produced by three team members (process oversight, not direct people management).

Provide proactive business insights by interpreting data trends and assessing their impact on operations and financial performance.

Support GenAI adoption initiatives to enhance forecasting, commentary automation, and strategic intelligence generation.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (required).

Minimum of 8 years of progressive Finance experience.

Strong Supply Chain Finance and Procurement business acumen.

Experience working with senior leadership in a large, matrixed organization.

Strong financial modeling and cost accounting knowledge (PPV, COGS, standard costing).

Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate risks clearly and professionally.

Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.

Demonstrated professional presence and executive communication capability.

Additional Notes

Remote role but must reside within driving distance to Raritan, NJ.

Occasional travel to NJ and possibly PA sites may be required.
