Job description

Description:

Cogent Security LLC is seeking an engaging, knowledgeable professional with strong communication and presentation skills to provide cybersecurity and computer networking training in support of the Intelligence Community (IC). The selected candidate will conduct and facilitate instructor-led, online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced training using a variety of instructional techniques, maintain course content to ensure accuracy and relevancy, and deliver high-quality training to IC personnel at Ft. Washington, MD, and Alexandria, VA. 

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 years of experience, including experience performing TSCM services on computer networks.
  • Graduate of the Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals Course.
  • Current DOE Q or DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity, electronics, or electrical engineering.
  • Certifications: CompTIA CISSP, A+, Network+, and Sec+.
  • Previous TSCM experience with DOE/NNSA or any of the national laboratories.
