Job description

AI Developer - SEO / GEO / AEO Marketing Specialist / University Park, Florida (Sarasota) ON-SITE ONLY

We're hiring an AI developer who lives at the intersection of code and search visibility. If you write fluent Python and you've been quietly mastering how content actually surfaces in 2026 - across Google, generative engines, and AI answer platforms - we want to talk to you.

What you'll do:

Build, deploy, and refine AI-driven tools that move the needle on traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). You'll partner daily with our graphic designers, media producers, and a sharp bench of programmers to ship work that supports a portfolio of growing companies. The mission is simple: make sure our brands win the page, the prompt, and the answer.

What we're looking for:

Strong Python fundamentals are non-negotiable - APIs, automation, data pipelines, and AI/LLM integration should be second nature. Beyond that, we need genuine expertise across the modern search stack: technical SEO, structured data, content strategy tuned for generative engines, and the emerging craft of getting cited inside AI-generated answers. You should be comfortable measuring what works, iterating fast, and explaining your reasoning to teammates who don't share your specialty.

Who you'll work with:

A team of competitive, motivated professionals supporting a family of established Florida companies that depend on each other's excellence. The work is collaborative, the pace is real, and the bar is high.

Where:

On-site in the heart of University Park, Florida - one of the most beautiful corners of the Sarasota region to build a career.

Compensation:

Commensurate with skills and experience. Strong candidates will be paid like strong candidates.

To apply, send your resume, a short note on what you've shipped, and links to anything you're proud of.
