    Conducting detailed analyses of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for performance improvements
  • Developing and applying mathematical models and statistical techniques to evaluate decision alternatives and optimize resource allocation
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and technical documentation that summarize analytical findings and support strategic planning initiatives
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to validate analytical models and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions to maintain compliance with contractual and DoD standards

Requirements
  • Five or more years of experience in an operations research analyst role
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering discipline, computer science or IT discipline, or technical discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to apply quantitative and qualitative analytical methods to evaluate operational performance and identify efficiency improvements in line with DoD requirements
  • Proficient in using statistical and optimization software tools to model complex systems, perform sensitivity analyses, and support decision-making processes
  • Skilled in developing detailed analytical reports and presentations that translate data insights into actionable recommendations
  • Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
