Job description

Position Overview
The Junior AI/ML Engineer supports the development, deployment, and optimization of machine learning models and AI solutions. This role works under the guidance of senior data scientists and AI leaders to contribute to enterprise AI initiatives and build foundational AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
Model Development & Support
  • Assist in developing and testing machine learning models for business use cases
  • Support feature engineering, data preparation, and exploratory data analysis
  • Contribute to model evaluation, validation, and tuning

AI Solution Delivery
Support implementation of AI/ML solutions within enterprise systems
Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to operationalize models
Assist in monitoring model performance and identifying improvement opportunities
Data & Analytics Support
  • Work with structured and unstructured data to support analytics initiatives
  • Help develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights
  • Participate in cross-functional analytics and AI projects

Process & Governance Contribution
Support documentation of models, processes, and technical artifacts
Follow established AI governance, standards, and best practices
Contribute to AI use case intake and evaluation processes
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree and no experience

OR
  • At least 2 years of software engineering experience

Additional Requirements
  • Qualified candidates, excluding current employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. We do not anticipate providing employment related work sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B status)
