Senior Software Data Engineer (Python)

We are looking for a Senior Software Data Engineer – Python--  to design, build, and optimize

cloud-based, serverless data pipelines and infrastructures. You will leverage your expertise in

Python, SQL, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code to deliver scalable and secure data solutions.

This role is ideal for someone with strong collaboration skills, a passion for innovation, and

proven experience working with large-scale, enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement serverless data pipelines using AWS services.
  2. Build and maintain data lakes, ETL/ELT workflows, and data catalogs.
  3. Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (AWS
  4. CDK/CloudFormation).
  5. Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and quality standards.
  6. Collaborate with data science teams to deliver accessible and reliable data solutions.
  7. Mentor junior engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and champion best practices.

Minimum Requirements _ PLEASE INDICATE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN YOUR RESUME

  3. Experience with Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK/CloudFormation).
  4. Solid foundation in ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and pipeline design.
  5. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred

  1. Experience with AWS Lake Formation, AWS Datazone, EventBridge, Step Functions.
  2. CI/CD pipeline implementation and API integration experience.
