They will oversee the technical relationship for multiple healthcare customers, ensuring accurate data ingestion, smooth implementations, and efficient ongoing operations. They will guide data mapping, troubleshoot integration issues, run diagnostic tools, and refine processes that promote technical reliability across the organization. Key Qualifications

Healthcare data infrastructure & EHR systems knowledge

  • 3+ years in healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or healthcare IT support
  • Deep familiarity with major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts) and how they operate
  • Understanding of clinical data standards and healthcare data formats
  • Conceptual knowledge of patient matching, episode logic, and data de‑duplication
  • Experience with healthcare data integrations and root‑cause analysis of data mismatches

Technical troubleshooting mindset

  • Ability to interpret diagnostic outputs (logs, validation reports, Python/Gremlin results)
  • Comfort with APIs, databases, and system integration concepts
  • Ability to distinguish ingestion issues, mapping errors, and platform bugs

Data mapping & validation expertise

  • Experience guiding customers through mapping hospital data into structured schemas
  • Ability to run validation tools and interpret HTML validation reports
  • Strong judgment in determining real issues vs. expected noise

Customer communication & relationship ownership

  • Comfortable owning ongoing technical relationships
  • Clear, patient communication with non‑technical healthcare stakeholders
  • Responsive and reliable in customer support interactions

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Python reading skills (understanding scripts, not writing them)
