Overview:
Data Analyst
Location: Miami, FL - Onsite 5 days/week
Type: 6-month Contract-to-Hire
Role Overview
We are seeking Data Analysts to join our growing team. This role will focus on building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical deliverables that provide visibility into key business metrics such as pipeline health, lead conversion, win/loss rates, ARR, and churn.
The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with BI tools, and a solid understanding of revenue operations data in SaaS environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards/reports tracking pipeline, ARR, churn, and other KPIs.
  • Write clean, well-documented SQL queries in BigQuery to support ad hoc analysis.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to translate data needs into actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM and RevOps systems.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Strong SQL expertise (complex queries, window functions, CTEs).
  • Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Understanding of RevOps metrics (pipeline, ARR, CAC, LTV, churn).
  • Familiarity with CRM data (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Nice to Have
  • Experience with dbt-modeled data or data modeling concepts.
  • Familiarity with Python for advanced analysis.
  • Knowledge of Stripe, Clari, or other RevOps tools.
