Job Description:
Project / Team Overview:
  • Junior Analyst to support client's Risk and Control organization through data-driven reporting, control insights, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solution development.
  • This role will help build and maintain Tableau dashboards, automate recurring processes, and develop Python-based analytics and tooling, including leveraging agentic/AI frameworks (e.g., OpenAI-based tooling, SmartSDK, and similar) to improve efficiency and control effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tableau reporting and visualization - Build, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards for Risk and Control
  • Workflow automation - Identify repetitive/manual processes and implement python based automation solutions
  • Python development and analytics - Write clean, production-oriented Python code to ingest, transform, validate, and analyze data.
  • AI/agentic tool implementation - Prototype and deliver AI-enabled solutions supporting Risk and Control workflows with control owners, process leads, and stakeholders partnership.

Required Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in analytics and reporting.
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau
  • Experience in Python
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL and relational data concepts (joins, aggregations, performance basics).
  • Exposure to agentic / AI tools and frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with workflow automation building repeatable pipelines, scheduled jobs etc
  • Knowledge of risk concepts
