RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CONTROLLER:

  • Manage team of direct reports
  • Manage the Month-end, and Year-end closes
  • Audit Support
  • Development of Process Improvements & Documentation - Continuous Improvement
  • Assist, prepare, & analyze P&L Analysis month over month
  • Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CONTROLLER ROLE:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting
  • MBA; Masters; CPA welcomed
  • 7+ Years of total experience
  • Mix of Public Accounting Experience and Private Industry
