The Opportunity
As an FP&A Tech, Anaplan Director, you will lead efforts within our Finance practice to enhance client financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyze financial data, develop performance metrics, and design frameworks that drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and inspire others to follow, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and shaping client engagements. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction.
In this role at PwC, you will mentor the next generation of leaders and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to convert market opportunities into successes for the firm. You will develop new ideas and solutions, promote technological advances, and create environments where people and technology thrive together. Your leadership will be instrumental in identifying gaps in the market and driving change by addressing system-level enablers, confirming adherence to professional and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and implementation of financial performance management frameworks to enhance client decision-making processes
- Analyzing financial data to develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive operational efficiency
- Designing and executing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to align with strategic objectives
- Overseeing the integration of financial management software to optimize client financial performance

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience in Anaplan tool

The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
