Job Duties

POSITION SUMMARY

The role of the PVC Loader is to hang parts on the PVC line while meeting our internal quality expectations and identified production goals.

Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M.-1:30 P.M.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify parts to print for correct identification.

Will check parts for physical defects.

Load parts on the PVC line.

Assist other team members with lifting and moving heavy parts on a continual basis throughout the day.

Expected to be wearing proper PPE throughout the day (Bump caps, steel toe shoes, safety glasses etc.).

Must have general computer knowledge.

Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma or GED preferred

Minimum Experience Required

QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques on a daily basis

Ability to work overhead, and standing up constantly throughout the day

Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule

Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high-quality product

Flexible in their work schedule and able to work for 10 hours up to 4 -6 months

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
