Judson Tank is a small welding firm that specializes in ASME pressure vessel and pressure piping applications. We perform SMAW, GTAW & GMAW processes on carbon and stainless-steel vessels, pipes, and structural members.

Our customer base is found in industries including Ethanol, Oil and Gas Processing, Seed Oil Extraction, AG Chemicals, Chemical Plants, Anhydrous Ammonia, Propane, and miscellaneous other heavy industries.

Employee requirements

  • Experience in SMAW and GTAW welding.
  • Pipe Welding or Fitting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to listen, understand, and follow directions.

Employee benefits

  • Pay range: $21-35/hour

Individual or family health insurance, investment matching, generous PTO, and a work week everyone can live with: four ten-hour days. In addition, we provide company vehicles, and a private airplane we use to help shorten the work week and get employees home to their families.

We rotate travel projects with local projects to maximize our employees’ home time and to support their family lives. We believe that our company’s long-term success depends on our employees’ family health.

Our typical employee travel schedule: Leave from the shop Monday morning and return home Thursday evening. Company vehicles are provided for transportation from the shop to jobsite with paid drive time. If the distance to the jobsite is extensive, we work ten days on, then five days comp time with overtime after 40 hrs/per seven days.
