Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Install solar panels and related equipment on residential and commercial rooftops
• Work collaboratively with project leads and electricians to complete projects
WORKING CONDITIONS
• Able to climb ladders and maintain balance on rooftops with various heights, angles, and surfaces
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions to include heat, cold, wet, or humid environments
• Able to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, or basements; requires kneeling, crouching, or crawling
• Ability to lift and maneuver 60 pounds frequently and up to 110 pounds with assistance
• Frequently use hand functions and fine motor skills, grasping, gripping, twisting, pinching, pulling, and pushing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or GED
• 18+ years old of age
• Valid Driver's License & ability to provide a clean motor vehicle report (MVR)
• Able to pass pre-employment Drug Screening and Background check
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 + years of Customer Service experience
• Basic knowledge of residential electrical and structural systems; experience of both AC and DC systems
• General knowledge of NEC, NABCEP Certification
• Solar, Military, Roofing, Electrical, or Construction experience; or Trade School degree in construction/building
