We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in menopause care to provide virtual consultations to our patients. This role combines clinical expertise with digital healthcare delivery to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care.

Status: Contractor

Hours: 4hrs/wk with potential to increase

Compensation: $120/hr

  • Provide comprehensive virtual consultations and asynchronous care via chat for patients throughout their menopause journey
  • Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating both medical and lifestyle interventions
  • Prescribe and manage hormone replacement therapy and other appropriate medications
  • Offer evidence-based lifestyle recommendations and wellness strategies
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and make appropriate referrals
  • Maintain detailed electronic health records
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions
  • Preventive health strategies incorporating mental health support during menopause transition, sexual health management and bone health optimization
