Position Overview:
Seeking a full-timeBoard Eligible / Board Certified Medical Oncology & Hematology physicianto join a busy, established practice in Indianapolis, Indiana. The incoming physician will integrate into a robust program with strong community connections and opportunities for outreach across multiple regional locations.

Candidate Profile:

  • MD/DO, fellowship-trained in Hematology-Oncology

  • Board Eligible / Board Certified in Medical Oncology & Hematology

  • Active or eligible Indiana medical license

  • BLS (American Heart Association) required or obtainable

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a commitment to collaborative care

  • Desire to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners

Schedule & Practice Details:

  • Clinic schedule: Monday"Friday, 8:00 a.m."4:30 p.m.

  • Inpatient hospitalist rotation: 1:8

  • Weekend and holiday call: 1:8

  • Outpatient volume: Gradual ramp-up to 21 patients per day within two years

  • Inpatient rounding: 25"35 patients per list

  • Own weekday call coverage

  • Optional outreach to regional sites including Carmel, Columbus, Mooresville, Plainfield, Putnam County, Lafayette, Crawfordsville, Decatur County Hospital, Major Hospital, and Rush Hospital

  • Strong specialty support staff in a high-volume, established practice
