You will be a change agent in your area, nurturing improvements to make the Eden factory better than ever. This role empowers the production team to seek new initiatives as well as ensure safe behaviors, all while maintaining excellences in quality and food safety. This vital role will lead your team in continuous improvement through our Nestl Continuous Excellence (NCE) tools to improve asset intensity and minimize costs.
