Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, mechanically inclined Water Purification Technician who will complete a structured apprenticeship program and transition into a leadership role within our technical division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to develop their skills and take on increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain water purification systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment using mechanical and technical knowledge
  • Travel daily to customer locations within approximately one hour of Gladstone, MO
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  • Learn and apply water quality standards and system operations
  • Progress into a leadership role upon successful completion of apprenticeship

Qualifications

  • Moderate to advanced mechanical/technical aptitude required
  • Minimum 2 years of plumbing, water quality, or related technical experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to learn and grow into a leadership position
