Job description

SALARY RANGE - This position pays $21.00-22.00/hour. The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for storing materials from receiving in the warehouse.
Essential Functions
  • Must adhere to the company's Service culture - 4 Keys to creating guests for life.
  • Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
  • Must participate in all resort required meetings and trainings.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.

  • Issues supplies upon receipt of approved requisition.
  • Delivers materials as required.
  • Aids in taking inventory of all materials.
  • Prepares and maintains reports and records as required.
  • Operates company vehicles as assigned.
  • Keeps storeroom clean and orderly at all times.
  • Acts as a role model to other employees
  • Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
  • Responsible for receiving and unloading items.
  • Delivering supplies and packages to designated locations.
  • Operating fork lift to move supplies.
  • Assisting with inventory control by following SOP's.
  • Ensure the safety and security of company, team members, and property guests while performing job duties.

  • Properly utilizes company's procurement system on daily basis.
  • Abide by all resort policies and safety rules.

  • Perform other duties as requested by management.

Qualifications
  • Must have good mathematical and clerical aptitude.
  • Six months previous warehouse experience is desired.
  • Must be 18 to drive a golf cart.
  • Must complete mandatory forklift training.

Work Conditions and Schedule
  • Weekend and holiday availability is required as well as flexibility with work schedule.
  • The scope of the position may sometimes require a work week over 40 hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • This role requires operating a golf cart.
  • Must be able to reach below and above shoulders while performing duties.
  • Must be able to operate a pallet jack, weigh scale, pull carts and dollies filled with items weighing up to and/or over 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to drive a golf cart.
