Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily analysis of requirements and complete work sets on a daily basis
  • Ensure all commitments are accompanied by a valid, approved and posted purchase order. This is accomplished by use of our min/max ordering program and purchase requisitions
  • Expedite as necessary and follow up on open purchase orders
  • Communicate to operations / manufacturing and customer service the potential impact of late orders
  • Ensure requisitions, MRP/planned order reports, supplier confirmations and PO's are fully intact and audit ready
  • Supports corporate purchasing requests
  • Equipment parts
  • Supply crib / Tool crib support

Essential Knowledge and Skills:
  • Competency with MS Office applications
  • Excellent team building and customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

Education and Experience:
  • B.A./B.S. degree in a related field and 2+ years purchasing experience and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Manufacturing experience preferred. PCB experience is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Benefits are available 1st of the month following date of hire.
Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
