Ford General Sales Manager
The Landmark Automotive Group, is seeking a high-performing Ford Certified General Sales Manager (GSM) to assist in leading our sales department. Working closely with the General Manager, you will help to oversee new and used vehicle sales, finance (F&I), and internet sales teams. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of volume growth, high profitability, and exceptional customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Teams: Manage, train, and motivate sales managers, advisors, and F&I staff.
  • Drive Inventory: Optimize new Ford allocations and used car turn rates.
  • Maximize Profit: Implement effective sales strategies to meet gross profit goals.
  • Monitor Metrics: Track daily dealership performance, CRM data, and market trends.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Ford corporate sales standards and compliance.
  • Elevate CSI: Maintain top-tier Customer Satisfaction Index scores per Ford guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements
