We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Agent to join our dynamic electronics manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing procurement activities, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring the timely acquisition of materials necessary for production. Your expertise will support operational efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, planning, and logistics management, contributing to seamless supply chain operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes utilizing SAP ERP system to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services.
  • Collaborate with production planning, manufacturing, and warehouse teams to align purchasing activities with demand forecasts and inventory requirements.
  • Conduct data analysis using Excel and SQL to monitor supplier performance, analyze procurement trends, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management efforts to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize excess stock.
  • Lead supply chain planning initiatives by integrating demand forecasting with procurement strategies to support manufacturing schedules.
