Le gestionnaire de flotte relève du directeur général et est responsable de la gestion optimale des véhicules et équipements roulants de l’entreprise afin d’assurer :
  • La gestion quotidienne de la flotte (véhicules, équipements roulants, remorques).
    • Planifier et superviser l’entretien préventif et correctif des véhicules.
    • Effectuer le suivi des réparations, garanties et contrats avec les fournisseurs.
    • Gérer les achats de pièces, d’équipements et de services liés à la flotte.
  • La sécurité des employés
    • Mettre en place et assurer le suivi de programmes de formation et de sensibilisation des conducteurs (conduite sécuritaire, inspection des véhicules, bonnes pratiques).
  • La conformité réglementaire
    • Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité, des exigences légales et des réglementations en vigueur (SAAQ, CNESST, etc.).
  • Optimisation de la flotte
    • Le contrôle des coûts
      • Optimiser l’utilisation de la flotte afin de réduire les coûts d’opération et les immobilisations.

Profil recherché
  • Expérience pertinente en gestion de flotte, mécanique, transport ou domaine connexe.
    • Expérience requise dans la gestion de flotte de véhicules lourds (obligatoire)
  • Bonne connaissance des véhicules commerciaux et équipements spécialisés.
    • Expérience dans le domaine de signalisation (un atout).
  • Connaissance des règlements en matière de sécurité routière et de conformité.
  • Fortes aptitudes en organisation, planification et gestion des priorités.
  • Capacité d’analyse et sens développé du contrôle des coûts.
  • Leadership et habiletés en communication et formation.
  • À l’aise avec les outils informatiques et logiciels de gestion de flotte (ex. Samsara).
