Boutte, LA

Sales Manager duties include but are not limited to:

· Greet and assist customers on the sales floor

- Generate sales leads through telephone and field marketing

· Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales and profits

· Maintain the sales floor condition and keep coworkers informed of promotions/products

· meet or exceed goals for store performance, customer satisfaction

Requirements include:

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- High School degree or GED equivalent

- Computer literacy with windows operating systems

- Valid state driver's license and good driving record
