Job description

Role Overview

As the Plant Controller for Aibonito, you will serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the plant’s end‑to‑end supply chain. You will report directly to the Group Controller and indirectly to the Plant Leader, supporting a site with more than 900 employees and an annual production value of $120M.

As a member of the plant’s Senior Leadership Team, you will oversee financial compliance, reporting, performance management, and strategic decision support. This role requires strong partnership across operations, supply chain, and global finance teams, focusing on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and financial accountability.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all plant‑level GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy compliance, ensuring accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet.
  • Lead financial reporting activities, including month‑end close, weekly pulses, quarterly forecasts, and annual/long‑range planning.
  • Provide financial insights, analysis, and guidance to maximize plant performance and support operational decision‑making.
  • Drive achievement of plant financial commitments across operating income, cash flow, and manufacturing variances.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support continuous improvement and profitable growth.
  • Develop and execute action plans that strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with FP&A COE, FPO, BBS, and Global ISC to standardize and transform financial processes.
  • Build financial acumen across finance and non‑finance team members through coaching and development.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or supply chain finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, lead, and implement change in a complex environment.
  • Experience communicating effectively at all levels in both formal and informal settings.
  • Ability to operate within a global, matrixed organization and manage indirect relationships.
  • Proven capability to build business cases and leverage best practices to drive improvement.
  • Experience with Lean concepts and tools preferred.
Compensation

The estimated base salary for this position is $112,000 - $154,000. This range is based on market data and other factors. The position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and long‑term incentive.
