Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Purchasing Manager for our client to start immediately at $90k-$110k/annually DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
The Purchasing Manager directs corporate purchasing functions and inventory planning for all company sites. In this leadership capacity, the role guarantees product availability, maintains optimized stock levels, controls costs, and ensures high vendor performance while enabling branch operations, sales, and central distribution. The Purchasing Manager will guide the purchasing team, oversee procurement workflows, and champion ongoing improvement efforts across the supply chain.
  • Coach, train, and manage performance to build and advance the purchasing team.
  • Supervise procurement activities and the full purchase order process.
  • Secure favorable vendor pricing, contractual terms, freight arrangements, and rebate agreements.
  • Assess supplier performance and cultivate strategic partnerships with vendors.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and distribution to sustain ideal inventory levels.
  • Review key inventory metrics such as turnover rates, service levels, surplus stock, and obsolescence.
  • Create and uphold inventory stocking plans for multiple branch locations.
  • Facilitate ERP-driven purchasing and inventory control systems.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives targeting supply chain efficiency, cost savings, and superior service.

Schedule/Shift Details: Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Solid grasp of procurement workflows, inventory control principles, and vendor management practices.
  • Hands-on experience operating within an ERP system.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
  • Background in industrial distribution, bearings, power transmission, or a closely related field is highly desirable.
