Heavy Industrial, Mining, or Manufacturing Inventory Experience is Preferred.

We're looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to help keep our frac sand mining and processing operations running efficiently. If you have a background managing MRO inventory, spare parts, consumables, and warehouse operations in mining, aggregates, manufacturing, oil & gas, or another heavy industrial environment, we'd love to hear from you! The role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory levels, supporting plant operations, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement throughout the facility.


What You'll Do

  • Manage inventory for spare parts, chemicals, consumables, and MRO supplies.
  • Oversee cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory audits.
  • Partner with operations, maintenance, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels, establish reorder points, and prevent shortages.
  • Coordinate vendor performance, deliveries, and inventory replenishment.
  • Maintain organized warehouses and storage yards while ensuring compliance with MSHA and company safety standards.
  • Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • 3-5 years of inventory management experience in      mining, aggregates, manufacturing, oil & gas, or another heavy      industrial environment.
  • Experience managing MRO inventory, spare parts, and      critical equipment.
  • Working knowledge of ERP or inventory management      systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, or similar).
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, reporting, and analytical      skills.
  • A highly organized, safety-focused professional with      excellent problem-solving abilities.
