We are looking for a results driven retail store manager to be responsible for daily operation of the store. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales & profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. The ideal candidate will be familiar with smoking/vaping products and have purchasing, inventory, or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop business strategies to raise our customer pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability
  • Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
  • Meet monthly sales and profitability goals
  • Creating social media content for the store
  • Training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Complete store administration, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
  • Point of contact for customer and employee concerns
