As an Inventory Specialist, you will play a crucial role in processing inventory, ensuring purchased items are priced, organized, and ready for display on the sales floor. This dynamic role values autonomy, efficiency, and initiative, making it ideal for those who excel in managing tasks independently.

The Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management to ensure the store operates efficiently and meets customer needs. This role includes organizing and maintaining back-stage inventory, ensuring product availability on the sales floor, and optimizing inventory levels to align with purchasing trends. Additionally, the Inventory Manager will conduct routine inventory counts, monitor stock accuracy, and implement strategies to minimize inventory shrinkage caused by internal and external factors.
