JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL FUNCTION

The After Sales Packaging Coordinator purchases and manages inventory packaging materials and manages inventory of operational supplies to support production. This role maintains receiving materials, resolves supply issues, maintains inventory accuracy, communicates updates to leadership, and helps ensure an efficient, uninterrupted workflow.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all After Sales packaging materials.
  • Lead the Packaging Receiving/Put Away and Runner teams to ensure successful inventory execution and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate packaging inventory aligned KPI targets
  • Plan, order, and manage packaging materials to ensure inventory levels consistently meet operational demand.
  • Coordinate the timely receipt, verification, and put-away of incoming packaging materials.
  • Manage procurement of outbound operational supplies to support uninterrupted daily operations.
  • Prepare and deliver clear, accurate, and professional communications to stakeholders.
  • Provide timely updates to After Sales leadership regarding inventory status, operational results, risks, and issues.
  • Support daily business operations by identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving operational challenges.
  • Monitor and achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while supporting continuous operational improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, inventory control procedures, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Logistics, Purchasing, and other departments to support business objectives and maintain material availability.
  • Perform other duties, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned by leadership to support business objectives and operational needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ months experience in a distribution center environment
  • Excellent communication skills and organization
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work under deadline request
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to multi-task and flex between roles
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Access
  • Working knowledge of inventory management system
