Summary of Job Description:

Develops and improve sales and overall business growth. Organizing new and existing customers, prepare and

Development new parts, and submitting orders for processing, and collaborating with other departments with marketing and selling strategies.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Receive the RFQ (Request for Quotation) from customers.
  2. Support and assist in creating and preparing quotations. And submitted to customers.
  3. Handling and managing of purchase orders.
  4. Assist and support the shipping team in ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  5. Responsible of creating invoices and packing lists. Documents are submitted to customers by email, providing them with all necessary information relating to their order and ensuring a smooth accounting process.
  6. Responsible in the closing of sales utilizing the ERP system. Make sure information is accurately recorded and the process is completed in a timely manner.
  7. Responsible in monthly inventory closing utilizing the process of the ERP system.
  8. Support and assist with formulating mid-long term and annual sales plan.
  9. Service as the main point of contact for addressing customer requirements related to quality, production, and development.
  10. Manage shipping dept. and their job assigned-ensuring all orders are processed on time and delivered.

Education/ Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing preferred
  2. Or Previous experience in sales or a related field may be required,
  3. Strong communication both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
  4. Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  5. Teamwork and Leadership
  6. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
  7. Good understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  10. Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  11. Familiarity with the products
  12. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures is essential.
  13. ERP systems Proficiency preferred.
  14. Proficient in using the Microsoft Office applications/Excel.
  15. Bi-Lingual in Korean and English.


Training Required:

  • Complete New Hire Orientation Training.
  • OSHA / SAFETY Compliance Training.
  • ERP
