We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to identify an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead purchasing, inventory, storeroom operations, and logistics for a large production facility.

What You'll Do

  • Lead all plant purchasing activities for maintenance, operations, and production materials
  • Manage purchasing, logistics, and storeroom operations to ensure critical parts and supplies are available when needed
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing and cost-saving opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier agreements
  • Improve inventory accuracy, organization, and overall storeroom efficiency
  • Partner closely with Maintenance and Operations to support preventive maintenance initiatives and minimize downtime
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of buyers, logistics personnel, and storeroom employees
