Hiring for a global toy manufacturer, we are looking for a detail‑oriented, proactive, experienced Purchaser to join a fun, fast‑moving supply chain team. The team is a small, collaborative group where everyone knows each other, owns their work, and constantly looks for ways to improve. Their headquarters is in Denmark, and US operations are centralized in Atlanta, GA.

As part of the supply chain team, the Purchasing Specialist is responsible for procuring materials and products necessary for the organization's operations. The role involves Material Requirement Planning (MRP) administration, sourcing, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of products. The Purchaser will act as a key sparring partner to the entire supply chain team and cross-functional teams, able to demonstrate a proactive, accountable mindset and the ability to lead through influence and execution.

This role replaces a team member who moved internally—so you’ll be stepping into a well-loved seat with plenty of support.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and improve supplier on-time delivery, lead times, and inventory performance (domestic & overseas)
  • Run MRP, create POs, and track open orders
  • Communicate status updates across teams
  • Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, 3PL logistics, and inventory accuracy
  • Support Sales & Product Development with quotes
  • Review quality reports and maintain supplier data

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in purchasing, demand planning, or supply planning
  • Experience with manufacturing suppliers (overseas a plus)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
  • ERP/MRP experience; Excel proficiency (Business Central/PowerBI a plus)
  • Detail‑oriented, collaborative, and comfortable pivoting in a fast-paced environment

Why You’ll Love It

  • Close‑knit, honest, supportive team
  • Fun office culture with regular events
  • Real impact in a growing global company

If you thrive in organized chaos, love improving processes, leading teams informally, and enjoy working with great people, we’d love to meet you.

We offer:

  • Annual Salary: 75-80K
  • 401k and matching
  • Health insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • Paid time off

NOTE: Work is onsite (no remote/hybrid options) at 225 Ottley Dr. Northeast, Atlanta, GA
