Office Assistant – Temp to Hire
Schedule: One 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks
Dress Code: Business casual

Position Overview:
The Office Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the office. This role supports the Procurement Manager, Office Manager, and VP of Finance and is ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage schedules and appointments
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with general office tasks as assigned
  • Support kitchen and common areas with stocking and upkeep
  • Provide administrative support to leadership team as needed

Work Environment:

  • High-traffic desk area with frequent interaction
  • Occasionally noisy due to office activity
