Location: Annapolis Junction, MD (Hybrid: 3 days in-office)
Max Bill Rate: $77.58/hr | Full Time | Government Contract Support

Join a dynamic team as a Purchasing / Contract Professional supporting high-profile government contracts. In this hybrid role based in Annapolis Junction, MD, you will lead the full lifecycle of government proposal development, ensuring all deliverables are compliant, persuasive, and strategically crafted to win new business. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals seeking to elevate their career in contract management, technical writing, and proposal development within the federal sector.
[Responsibilities]
- Develop, write, and submit compliant responses to government RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and bids
- Analyze and interpret complex government RFPs to extract technical and administrative requirements
- Create clear, point-by-point proposal narratives tailored to evaluation criteria
- Serve as the primary liaison for Contracting Officers, managing clarifications and post-submission communications
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather information and ensure contract compliance
- Review final award documents for accuracy and escalate high-risk terms to management
- Ensure all submissions adhere to corporate policies and federal acquisition regulations
- Maintain excellent documentation and manage multiple concurrent assignments to meet strict deadlines
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 3-5 years' experience crafting proposals for government agencies (federal preferred)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities
- Skilled in synthesizing information from various sources into clear, compliant documents
- Proven time management with ability to handle multiple assignments and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google business applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal Studies, or Communications
