Job description

Cogent IT is looking for a full-time Purchasing and Billing Administrator to join our team. If you love to help people use technology, we'd like to speak to you. An ideal candidate will provide support to our internal team and clients.

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Manage client purchasing .
  • Manage billing process including client contracts, reimbursable expenses and subscription management.
  • General Office management for our small team.
  • Create and maintain documentation.

If you want to apply for this position you'll need:

  • An Associate or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Management or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 or more years of experience providing similar responsibilities.
  • Experience using QuickBooks, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
