We are seeking a Sales Associate Level 1 that is passionate about providing an exceptional experience for customers and their team while learning about the product and sales process. Compensation: $20.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
  • Seek opportunities to provide an exceptional experience.
  • Ensure that customers receive courteous and efficient service.
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and understand customer needs.
  • Provide assistance with vehicle demonstration, delivery and follow-up after the purchase.
  • Follow dealership and manufacturer guidelines and procedures.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Review individual CSI, sales and production metrics.
  • Set goals for individual performance and seek opportunities to improve.
  • Drive business through solicitation while training to advance in automotive sales.
  • Collaborate with coworkers to solve problems for customers and the department.
