Camping World is seeking an Acquisition and Purchasing Agent for our growing team. As an Acquisition and Purchasing Agent, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers inquiring about selling their RV.What You’ll DoPrimary responsibilities are to present purchase and consignment options to prospective customers, close the opportunity, and schedule appointmentsPromptly respond to incoming leads, emails, and text messagesFollow communication “word scripts” when working customer leadsLog all conversations in our call system databaseUtilize multiple CRM systems efficientlyConduct research information using available resourcesMaintain strong interpersonal skills and a sales-oriented mindsetRemain organized and manage tasks effectivelyThrive in a fun, fast paced, dynamic call center environmentOther duties as assignedWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:High School education or equivalent1-3 years of experience in a call center environmentSelf-starterStrong organizational abilitiesSales Oriented mindsetPrevious RV Sales experience is preferredSuperior customer service skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbalMust maintain a professional demeanor and work ethicAbility to work a flexible shift including evenings and weekends with extended periods of sittingGeneral Compensation DisclosureThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $60,000 - $75,000 or more.
