Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. This role is responsible for managing shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating purchasing, and ensuring that equipment, supplies, and materials are available to support flight operations and administrative teams.

The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, accountability, and efficiency are essential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
  • Prepare, package, and ship accurately and on schedule.
  • Pick, issue, and stage aircraft parts and tooling for AMEs and apprentices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and storage areas for safety and efficiency.
  • Identify inventory discrepancies and investigate variances.
  • Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment as required.
  • Assist with preparing purchase orders and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery, and order status.
  • Follow up on backorders and ensure timely receipt of materials.
  • Operate material handling equipment (forklift experience is an asset).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist with other warehouse and operations duties as required.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or warehouse operations.
  • Experience with purchasing or procurement is an asset.
  • Experience in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or a regulated environment is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with aviation parts or maintenance inventory is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using inventory management or ERP software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.

  • Ability to successfully pass a security screening and meet Controlled Goods Program requirements
  • Valid driver's license (local supplier pickups required)
