  • Under general supervision, records and maintains control of all inventory items purchased and produced.
  • Compiles records from ordering, shipping, and receiving materials.
  • Updates information on the computer to maintain inventory records.
  • Assesses stock supply and reorder status.
  • Prepares and verifies requisitions of additional stock items, using the appropriate forms or systems.
  • Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures.
  • May provide training and work direction to other inventory control clerks.

  • Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Must be able to follow procedures and train others.
  • Requires accurate and efficient record keeping and verification of inventory changes.
  • Knows inventory processes and procedures.

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $24.61–$32.30/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 10 days paid time off, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
