Job Summary and Purpose:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Purchasing Manager to lead all non-production indirect spend categories across our U.S. operations. This includes, but is not limited to: marketing, communication, consulting, HR services, supply chain, car fleet, and travel.
This role will be responsible for building and executing category roadmaps aligned with the company's business objectives, identifying cost-saving opportunities, mitigating risks, and driving value through supplier relationships and internal collaboration.
Responsibilities and Key Duties:
• Own and manage all indirect (non-production) purchasing categories across the U.S.
• Define and implement sourcing strategies and roadmaps to support business goals.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for key categories.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (marketing, HR, finance, operations) to understand needs and ensure alignment.
• Monitor market trends, analyze spend data, and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Finance to ensure budget adherence, compliance, and value tracking.
• Contribute to supplier risk assessments and performance reviews.
• Support global or regional initiatives as needed.
