A fortune 500 client we support is seeking a Sr. IT Manager for Procurement Transformation to drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that modernize procurement processes, optimize operating models, and maximize the value of technology investments.

This role bridges strategy and execution, partnering with senior business leaders and IT teams to deliver measurable outcomes including labor cost avoidance, productivity improvements, and scalable growth.

Lead Strategy & Transformation

• Define and execute procurement transformation initiatives aligned with business strategy and IT roadmaps.

• Identify and implement opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through automation and process redesign.

• Build compelling business cases with clear ROI, labor, and operational impact.

Partner Across the Business

• Act as an advisor to senior leaders, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions.

• Track, validate, and communicate benefits realization.

• Present progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership.

Drive Program & Team Success

• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with technology and vendor partners.

• Facilitate and participate in workshops to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives.
