Description
The PO Manager is responsible for overseeing Entertainment Earth's purchase order lifecycle from entry through receiving confirmation. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role manages a small team and serves as the operational owner of the company's inbound order workflow. The PO Manager is a critical partner to the Operations team and will serve as the functional lead for PO-related workflows.
Requirements
Required
• 4+ years of experience in purchasing operations, supply chain, or order management
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong systems aptitude with demonstrated experience in ERP platforms
• Experience coordinating with logistics, traffic, or receiving functions
• High attention to detail with a track record of data accuracy under volume
• Proficiency in Excel; ability to build and maintain order tracking reports
Preferred
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• Background in wholesale distribution, e-commerce, or consumer products
• Experience supporting or participating in an ERP implementation
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience
