About the Role:

As a Purchasing Analyst, you will support the Purchasing Department by contributing to strategic sourcing initiatives, cost optimization efforts, supplier management, and cross-functional projects. You will also assist with market intelligence, data analysis, reporting, and purchasing activities to support overall business objectives and project success.

Responsibilities Also Include:

  • Monitor QCD supplier relationship on their perimeter in line with QCD Target set by the Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group.

  • Propose and implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Purchasing Organization.

  • Maintain supplier panels and ensure supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate.

  • Performs RFQ, Negotiation and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by Purchasing Organization within e-procurement system.

  • Make extensive usage of e-auctions

  • Solves daily operational issues to answer internal customer need, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the Purchasing Network.

  • Support and enforce dematerialization process

  • Develop and Support usage of online catalogs where appropriate.

What you Should Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance,, or related field.

  • Experience with Excel and Google Applications is preferred.

  • 0-2 years of experience within related field.
