Job Description Job Description Air Pump USA is looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as CDL / Air Pump Operators. This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the only companies in the country operating specialized pumping equipment designed to place sand, stone, lightweight soil, mulch, and other aggregate materials in hard-to-reach areas. Our equipment is proprietary and unlike anything else on the market, so no prior Air Pump experience is required.

We provide hands-on training to teach qualified candidates how to safely operate our trucks, pumping systems, and jobsite equipment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys traveling, working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Safely operate CDL trucks and specialized Air Pump equipment Travel to jobsites throughout the Southeast and across the United States Set up hoses, pumping systems, and jobsite equipment Work alongside hose crews and contractors to complete material placement efficiently Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of trucks, tools, and equipment Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members onsite Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting when needed Requirements Valid CDL Class A or B license (preferred) Clean driving record Ability to travel frequently and stay out of town during projects Ability to work long hours when needed, including occasional weekends Construction, equipment operation, or mechanical experience is a plus Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding environments Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn What We Offer Paid training on our proprietary Air Pump systems Competitive pay with overtime opportunities Travel opportunities across the country Hotel accommodations and travel expenses covered during out-of-town work Opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding specialty construction company Work with industry-leading equipment and technology Team-oriented environment with advancement opportunities About Air Pump USA Air Pump USA specializes in pumping and placing aggregate materials in areas traditional equipment cannot access.
